Found through ChatGPT
A journalist working on a piece about glute strength research needed an expert source. She
found one by asking ChatGPT, which surfaced a personal trainer from my studio's website. The story
ran. It was not a massive news channel, but it was a direct result of the site being
structured so AI agents could extract the right information cleanly, without ingesting the
whole site.
Creepy, in a good way
When building voice profiles for the trainers at my studio, one trainer went through a
short questionnaire and recorded a one-minute voice clip. Within five minutes the process
had generated a profile that analysed how he wrote and spoke with enough accuracy that he
called it creepy. He meant it as a compliment. Seeing yourself accurately reflected back
that quickly is what makes the voice profile concept real for trainers who are sceptical
about AI-generated content.
